Thoughtful brochure design creates a stand-out internal communication for IMS

IMS approached us with the challenge of producing compelling content and visually engaging material, in order to give a voice to the IMS vision. The solutions would need to be handed out to staff as part of a nationwide launch of new initiatives tying into to their recent growth.

We didn’t want just another brochure, but a real stand-out internal communication solution that clearly positioned their services and ambitions to both staff and clients, at the right level for each audience. We were also keen to make sure that this piece didn’t end up in the bottom of a drawer, so we knew it had to tangibly look and feel different to deliver this landmark message and make it’s mark in their 60 year history.

Work on brochures for both staff and clients commenced, filled with high-impact infographics which were essential to demonstrate some of the complex services they offer. To add to the modern, vibrant design of the brochures and truly deliver the message in a keepsake way, we had the idea to house these informative documents in a toolkit box so they were to-hand whenever needed. The added surprise of a USB ensconced in the box means that the toolkit is totally portable. Now, that’s handy!
