Switching on public interest and connecting communities

Gigaclear is bringing ultrafast pure fibre broadband to the length and breadth of rural England, helping communities to be connected wherever they are, whenever they need to be. For Gigaclear to do this they needed a target percentage of a rural community to step forward and request their ultra-fast broadband service, so we were asked to help make this happen.

From the outset, we knew they needed to educate and inspire communities to trust in their pioneering technology. Super-charged promotional pieces would go a long way to help garner an interest from their target audience, so we got to work on our solutions. We developed three key print pieces for each touchpoint, based around key dates, raising awareness and provoking interest using posters, direct mail and an informative brochure design.

The bright colours of the Gigaclear brand really helped us here as they seamlessly combined with the eye-catching illustrations of forest greens and idyllic countryside which we’d already developed for their website.

To make the campaign even more interesting, and to tie in with the clever technology Gigaclear use, we created a really neat direct mail piece. By flipping the negatives of current broadband speeds in rural areas on their heads, we were able to convey to the rural UK that Gigaclear has the perfect solution. Every cloud, folks!
